Find The Needle in a Haystack on All Out

A free game on the All Out platform. You dig, rake and sweep a pile of 10,000 hay bales and sell hay for tool upgrades. Its page lists co-op play and leaderboards. See the All Out page.

Pocket Quarry

Pocket Quarry is another TinyArcadia game with the same kind of loop, set in a mine instead of a haystack. You tap rocks for gold, hire a crew and dig down through the layers. It is free in the browser. Play Pocket Quarry.

What these games have in common

All of them start with digging by hand, turn what you collect into money and let you spend it on automation. They differ in length. The Steam game lists a large tech tree. Find the Needle on this site is made for short sessions in the browser.
